Yantai Yew Wah International Education School is recruiting English speaking teachers for the winter semester(Feb, 2009).

Our school is in the delightfully located seaside city of Yantai, on the coast of north east Shandong Province, China. The city, a bustling mini metropolis, has miles of beautiful beaches backing onto low hills.
Now, we have 31 foreign teachers from US , Australia, Canada, England, Cameroon, Philipine and India.

Our HK foundation is running several branches around China and also one in Silicon, California of America.

We will have vacancies for the following positions:
a. English teachers (K-12 ).
b. Biology, Chemistry, Economics (Business), IT, and Physics , teachers
c. Art & Music teachers
Many of these positions will be in our Overseas University Preparation Program where students, seeking further education overseas are studying to take the Cambridge University International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) program at the ordinary and advanced levels.




Qualifications
The minimum are as follows:
1 Bachelor Degree from college/university
2. Native English Speaker is preferred
3. TESOL certificate is preferred but not required
4. Teaching experience in the content subjects is preferred

Our compensation package is generous.
A．Salaries start at 9,000 RMB and be increased for qualifications, experience and other personal factors after interview.
B．The school provides a medical insurance package for teachers. (AIG insurance company)
C．We also provide excellent accommodation. Self contained furnished apartments that meet all western standards.
( two bedrooms and full furniture .Self contained accomodation with beds, TV, wardrobe, desk, chair, air conditioner, sofa,bath with 24 hours hot water, kitchen with cooking utensils, laundry, free internet)

D. The Employer will provide the Employee a round-trip airfare to his/her home country for each academic year. Alternatively, half of this cash equivalent value may be reimbursed at the beginning of an academic year and the other half may be reimbursed at the end of the academic year.

E. End of contract bonus for satisfactory performance will be paid .
F.Salaries are paid monthly in arrears and included are standard school summer and winter vacations
G.The school arranges all working and residence permits for successful applicants
H. Free breakfast and lunch(Chinese or Korean food at your option)
