1) The teacher will hold a workload of 16 teaching hours per week on average. 2)The teacher will teach Oral English, English Writing, etc, and fulfill other assistant teaching works and guarantee the quality of teaching work.
3)The salary will be paid monthly with RMB 4000 from the day of starting work to the expiration of the contract. In case the time is shorter than a whole month, the payment shall be counted by day. The daily wage shall be 1/30 of the monthly salary. No more than70% of the salary can be changed into foreign currencies monthly. The foreign teacher shall pay the personal income tax in accord with the Personal Income Tax Law of The People's Republic of China.
4) Providing a standard apartment including a bathroom and a kitchen in the school’s campus free of charge. The apartment is furnished with necessary apparatus, such as telephone, cable TV, washing machine, microwave oven, refrigerator, water purifier and computer with Internet plug. 5) Providing a round-way air ticket in condition that the teacher fulfill the workload within one contract term(one academic year). (international economy class air ticket for the nearest distance from China to the country of the employed party). The foreign teacher could receive the sum amount of Chinese currency equivalent to the ticket price instead of the ticket. 6) Providing a travel allowance of 2000 Yuan RMB in condition that Party B fulfill the workload within one contract term(one academic year). 7) providing 100 Yuan RMB per month as telephone fee. 8) guarantee free medical services in the schoos’s clinic in the school ’s Hospital. Any other hospital expenses undertaken without the school’s permission shall be charged to the foreign teacher’s account. While the school will reimburse the foreign teacher for the medical expenses (if no more than 1000 Yuan RMB) with the school’s permission.
