New Language Academy opening Jan. 2009
We are looking for a long time commitment (minimum 1 year), for some one that would be there in the beginning and will be there to follow up and make sure things go as plan.
We would offer a 12 month contract where our Academy director will help us in all the pre-opening, opening and day to day running; making it a Professional Language Academy.
For the Pre Opening:
• Programme design
• Individual course design / focus
• Finding and training teachers in those programs
• Research: Course material / audiovisuals / recommended text books
• Help in the making of our brochures and website (also translating to English).
Day to day running:
• Creation, compilation and editing of a teacher’s manual
• Follow up on the pupils and teachers progress
• Teaching Monday to Fridays from 4:00 to 9:00
• Being at the Academy Saturdays from 9:00 am till 2:00 pm for: 1. - Our weekly management meeting. 2. - Assisting and counselling students. 3. - Planning new programs and developing new ways to expand our business, for example summer courses, summer camps, one week immersion, etc.
