There's always lots of talk about how bad private English training centers are in China and, without doubt, there are many that are worthy of the criticism. Organisations tend to reflect the behaviour and values of their leaders. Are you willing to show the behaviour and values that will make the critics take notice and say, "This company is different!"

Our boutique English training center provides learning solutions for adult students, focusing on small class size, realistic skill improvement and a dedication to providing real service to our students. We conduct training courses in our center, as well as visiting companies and providing "in-house" business English programs.
We are seeking a professional and experienced couple to manage and expand this center while we focus on developing our brand in other markets. One of you MUST be a native English speaker and be able to facilitate advanced Oral English & Business English classes.
The successful couple will be able to demonstrate their ability to meet the challenges associated with satisfying the students educational requirements and have a flair for relationship building and successful marketing. Business management experience would be a huge plus, but we have good systems in place and great local staff to support the management process. Chinese language skills would also be an advantage.
This is a long-term opportunity and we are seeking a commitment of at least 2 years. This position would be ideal for a Western/Chinese couple with teaching experience, particularly those looking to establish their own business.
A generous remuneration package will be negotiated with the successful applicants and may include opportunities for acquiring equity, purchase or participation in other centers.
The owners are an Australian and his Chinese wife - both experienced English teachers.
