WorknPlay Consulting is a professional ESL recruiting company that has been under contract with the Ministry of Education since 2003, and, as such, we are able to place hundreds of teachers in public school positions every year. These jobs are even preferred over many university professorships among the native English teachers in Korea.

Job description
To assist Korean teachers with their English class(es) and/or jointly conduct English class(es)
To assist with activities related to English language education and other extracurricular activities within the place of employment and so on.

Job Positions
Every year more than 10,000 to 20,000 of your friends or families are hired as English teachers in Korea. There are hundreds of job openings available at private and public schools throughout Korea including Seoul, Busan, and other major cities. Position 1: Public schools in various locations

- Starting Date: End of February, 2009
- Salary: 1.8-2.7 mil won/month (Depends on Qualification)
($1,800-$2,700 monthly)
-Location: various locations including Seoul, Busan, Jeju, and other major and minor cities
-Teaching levels: Elementary, Middle, High schools
- Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm or 8:30am-4:30pm
- Teaching Hours: 22 hours per week
- 300,000 won Settlement pay upon teacher is arrival
- Round trip airfare(one way reimbursed upon teacher is arrival and the other will be paid when you complete your contract, or prepaid)
- 100% Severance pay
- 21 working days paid vacation a year and all Korean national holidays
- 50% medical insurance, 50% national pension plan supported
- Full furnished single housing or housing allowance: 300,000 – 500,000 per month ($300 - $500)

- Total Deduction (Tax + Medical Insurance + National pension) about 15% of your salary
Position 2: middle school in Daejeon ASAP
- Working conditions are same as above
- Location: Daejeon, Choongchung province

Position 3: Middle school in Hwasung, Gyeonggi ASAP
- Location: Hwasung, Gyeonggi Province (20mins by bus from Suwon subway station)
- Salary: 2.1 – 2.3 million won/month
-Teaching levels: Middle, High
- Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
- Teaching Hours: 22 hours per week
- 300,000 won Settlement pay upon teacher is arrival
- Round trip airfare (one way reimbursed upon teacher is arrival and the other will be paid when you complete your contract, or prepaid)

- 19 working days paid vacation a year and all Korean national holidays

Job Qualifications
Minimum of Bachelor degree holders and citizenships from one of United State, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland or South Africa
