Job Description:
1. To provide English training (mainly business English) to the CEO and the senior managers in the company;
2. Work time: 5.5 days with about 2~4 hours teaching on one day; Other time is for preparation or teaching material arrangement;
3. Start time: As soon as possible;
4. Venue: Shunde, China; (about 1 hour by bus to Guangzhou)
Requirements:
•Native English speaker from the UK, USA, Canada;
•With experience in English training or teaching; Official English teaching certificate will be an asset;
•Develop and deliver English Training program (Mainly business English) to Midea’s employees and managers;
•Design and set up an English culture training program to support the company’s globalization strategy;
•Age between 25-40;
Payment and Benefits:
1. Basic Salary: 7000+ RMB/month, bonus equals to 2~3 months’ salary basing on evaluation of performance;
2. Insurance: to ensure the talent for this role can enjoy the protection of medical and accident insurance within China Mainland, from this year, the talent will be covered in an international health insurance plan with an annual Maximun Aggregate Limit of RMB 300,000 provided by a Health Insurance Company and AD&D with an annual Maximun Limit of RMB 500,000 provided by a Property & Casualty Insurance Company.
3. Accommodation: free accommodation in Midea’s residence is provided; Or, the talent can get the equivalent allowance for renting an apartment by the talent himself/herself;
4. VISA: Midea will assign a VISA specialist to help the talent to get a Working VISA;
5. Additional benefits: a Chinese assitant will be assigned to help the talent with English training function; Facilities for English training will be provided; The talent may also receive free Chinese training basing on his/her performance;
